Meet The Team
The McClellan Team serves as trusted advisors in providing commercial real estate solutions to each and every client. Made up of John McClellan and Kelly Jeter, with a collective 37+ years in the industry, The McClellan Team is known for providing comprehensive market knowledge and acting as a resource for achieving clients’ commercial real estate objectives. As team members, John and Kelly are able to provide support for one another and collaborate on all projects. Known as “Advisors”, John and Kelly not only assist their clients with buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate, but provide advice and guidance in asset evaluation to help their clients determine their best plan of action to achieve their long term goals. In the past 4 years alone, The McClellan Team has closed $70,000,000 in sales volume.
McClellan graduated from Penn State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. John is licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Florida with a network where he is able to complete real estate transactions across the country.
Jeter graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Retail with Summa Cum Laude recognition. Kelly joined the McClellan Team in 2016 and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation as she completes her course work and the required production threshold
