Meet The Team
The McClellan Team serves as trusted advisors in providing commercial real estate solutions to each and every client we represent. Comprised of John McClellan, Kelly Jeter, and Chris Messick, the team brings over 50 years of combined industry experience and a reputation for delivering thoughtful, data-driven guidance across all facets of commercial real estate.
Known for providing comprehensive market knowledge and acting as a long-term resource, The McClellan Team collaborates on every assignment to ensure clients receive well-rounded insight and consistent execution. As true Advisors, the team assists clients with buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate, while also offering in-depth asset evaluation and strategic planning to help clients determine the best course of action to achieve their long-term investment and business goals.
Over the past several years, The McClellan Team has closed over $70,000,000 in sales volume, with experience spanning office, retail, medical, industrial, land, and investment properties throughout the region.
John McClellan graduated from Penn State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. John is licensed in Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, and Florida, and leverages a national network that allows him to successfully complete transactions across the country.
Kelly Jeter graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Retail, earning Summa Cum Laude recognition. Kelly joined The McClellan Team in 2016 and plays an integral role in transaction management, market analysis, and client advisory services. She focuses on helping clients navigate complex transactions through detailed market analysis, strategic positioning, and proactive deal execution. Kelly is currently pursuing her CCIM designation as she completes the required coursework and production thresholds.
Chris Messick graduated from Salisbury University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in New Media. Chris joined The McClellan Team in 2022 and brings a highly analytical, relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate advisory. His background in marketing, financial analysis, and client communications strengthens the team’s ability to deliver clear insights, creative solutions, and results-oriented strategies. Chris is also pursuing his CCIM designation as he works through course completion and meeting production thresholds.
