Lawson is a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Marketing and Mass Communication. Recent real estate experience includes local commercial appraisal work with The Greenlee Group and national sustainable asset management with ESG IMPACTS.
He provides landlord and tenant, as well as seller and buyer representation services across all asset types with a unique value-oriented approach. His clients benefit from his expertise in sustainable development, energy efficiency, and economic analysis, and his forward-thinking applications around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in the built environment. Dave also specializes in the due diligence his clients require today to monetize the decarbonization and net-zero mandates of tomorrow.
A long-time resident of Montgomery County, Lawson’s multi-ethnic geographic expertise includes not only the Delmarva Peninsula, but also the urban markets around Washington and Baltimore.
