MARCH 2024, SALISBURY, MD – SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate recently hosted their 15th Annual Commercial Real Estate Forum. The theme for this year was, “Transformative Real Estate; Collaborative, Creative, Cutting-Edge.” This event was attended by professionals in various industries influenced by commercial real estate. The forum included keynote speakers and a panel discussion that discussed “Harnessing CRE Market Dynamics.” 
Wesley Cox, CCIM, Senior Advisor with SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate, started the morning off with an overview of local market statistics. Jake Day, Secretary of Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development shared updates on the Housing & Community Development Statewide. The panel included Monty Saylor from M&T Bank, Jim Hartstein from The Insurance Market, David Tremblay from Keller Construction Management, and Zach Munroe from SVN International Corporation. To close out the event, Anirban Basu, Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group, presented on the economy, in the theme of “The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.”
The event returned to Oak Ridge Commons and approximately 200 guests were registered this year. Breakfast was catered by Faithful Concepts with Kellyn’s Café for the second year in a row.
