The building, occupied by four tenants with one vacancy, offered lucrative investment potential for a discerning buyer noting the upside of leasing out the one remaining vacancy coupled with long standing existing tenants. In addition to being largely occupied, the building’s product type of office/warehouse flex space made it a marketable asset from a leasing perspective given the demand for small to midsized office/warehouse space.
