Simpson’s Towing has been located at 1308 N. Division St. and fronting N. Salisbury Blvd. for many years and will continue to operate out of that location as this purchase will serve as an expansion of their business. Simpson’s Towing is a family business that started in 1955 who specializes in towing services as well as emergency roadside assistance. They are available 24/7 and can tow from small vehicles to larges buses and tractor trailers.
George Merritt began looking for a property for a client to purchase somewhere near or within the Northwood Industrial Park. After he and the client identified the perfect site that was not currently on the market Merritt immediately reached out to Wesley Cox at SVN who he knew had a strong existing relationship with the owner of the property. For the benefit of his client, George knew that Wesley could use his existing relationship with the owner to help navigate a smooth transaction for his client. Less than 90-days later the two completed the sale with both the buyer and seller walking away very happy.
