The yard is located at 4728 Sharptown Road in Laurel, Delaware. The property was bank-owned. Tom was contacted by a broker out of California to list the property for sale. The out of state broker chose Tom to represent him after noticing Tom’s multiple listings and transactions.
Formerly West Side Auto, the new owner will continue to use the property as a salvage yard while working under the same name. The buyer says, “We plan to open this fall, so if you have unwanted cars or trucks, please come by.”
