The property was purchased by entrepreneur Doug Church in the mid-2000’s and completely redeveloped from a shell building to a first-class office property. Church’s vision for the property and smart design choices ultimately led to the stable long-term tenant base, making the property a solid investment opportunity for the buyer.
Church’s own business was located on the property for a number of years and he not only made the property his business home, but oversaw the property’s redevelopment and day-to-day management as well. “I poured a lot of energy into reimaging this property and I am very proud of that fact. The Buyer, an affiliate of Keller Brothers, Inc. purchased the property as an investment, with plans to make it their regional headquarters in the future.
