Element plans to refurbish the facility and operate as a medical cannabis pharmaceutical manufacturer. Renovations to the facility will start immediately and they hope to be hiring in 2021.
There is additional land available in the Princess Anne Industrial Park. The sites are level and clear and with water, sewer, utilities and access roads, these sites are ready for construction.
