OCTOBER 2023, SALISBURY, MD – Wesley Cox, a Senior Advisor at SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate with the Hanna Team recently helped attract a new company to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, BioLife Plasma Services. Cox leased BioLife 17,321 SF of space at the College Square Shopping Center which is immediately adjacent to Planet Fitness located at 125 W. College Ave, Salisbury, MD. This new center will provide local residents the opportunity to donate plasma and help save lives while also getting paid to do so.
The new BioLife center is now open and accepting donations. Donors can receive up to $100+ for each donation. This new center will create approximately 70 new jobs and is going to positively impact the community with an estimated $3 million – $5 million in total donor compensation.

We are excited to have BioLife Plasma Services in this community, providing a vital service that supports patients around the world and helps stimulate our local economy by giving millions of dollars back into the hands of residents.” said Wesley Cox.
