With the SVN Maintenance division we have better turnaround time with the general service repairs. That turnaround time is typically within 24 hours. Not only do we do maintenance, we also have a cleaning division. The cleaning division allows us to have better control over our facilities. Maintenance is a key factor in keeping property value up.
