SEPTEMBER 2024, SALISBURY, MD – John McClellan and Kelly Jeter recently sold two net leased Napa Auto Parts stores in Salisbury and Pocomoke. The Napa Auto Parts store in Salisbury was a 20,204 SF building at 651 Roland Street. The Pocomoke store was a 6,300 SF building at 1238 Ocean Highway. 
Through detailed analysis and evaluation of the properties and the new leases that were in place, the McClellan Team was able to develop a comprehensive marketing effort by which they garnered multiple offers and were able to put both properties under contract within about one month of listing. The buyer was an out of state investment group seeking to grow their regional holdings and had a strong preference for single tenant retail users.
