Brent Miller, CCIM, CPM, serves as Managing Director for SVN – Miller Commercial Real Estate & Property Management in Salisbury, Maryland. He has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience, and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Amy T. Miller, Managing Director

Amy Miller, CPM, serves as managing director for SVN – Miller Commercial Real Estate & Property Management in Salisbury, Maryland, where she acts as director of property management and chief financial officer. Miller has over 20 years of commercial real estate management experience. Miller holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Rick Tilghman, Director of Property Management

Rick Tilghman serves as the Director of Property Management for SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate in addition to being a Senior Advisor. 

Bart Miller, Property Manager

Bart Miller serves as a property manager for SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, Maryland. With more than ten years of industry experience, Miller specializes in retail, office and industrial property on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.

Lindsay Hall, CPM, Lease Administrator

Lindsay Hall serves as an in-house property manager focused on lease administration at SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, MD. Her duties include tenant relations, lease renewals and the input of new leases.

Michele Messick, Accountant

Michele Messick serves as the Accountant for SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury. She handles the accounts payable for our office, property owners and tenants. She also assists Amy Miller in the property management field.

Amber Bostwick, Accounting & Collections

Amber Bostwick handles accounts receivable and collections for our tenants and property owners. She has been with SVN | Miller since 2014.

Justin Hart, Maintenance Manager

Justin Hart serves as the Maintenance Manager for the SVN | Miller Maintenance Division. He provides timely, high quality maintenance to the over 2 million square feet under management.
