Verizon Maryland Sells Cambridge Facility

JANUARY 2013, SALISBURY, MD – Verizon Maryland has sold their 6,000 square foot office / warehouse building at 1204 Goodwill Avenue in Cambridge, MD to The Rasevic Companies, headquartered in Bethesda, MDThe facility was previously used as a service center and maintenance hub for land line operations across Dorchester County.  It was closed in 2011.

Formed by Paul and Mark Rasevic in the 1990’s, The Rasevic Companies provide construction services, landscape contracting services and large scale commercial snow removal.  According to Paul Rasevic, “We were seeking a strategic location for our business to expand on the Delmarva Peninsula and this facility is perfectly suited for what we do.  Dorchester County will allow us to efficiently serve current and future clients located across the eastern shore.”

The property was marketed in conjunction with Johnson Controls, regional real estate representative for Verizon.  John McClellan, CCIM also sold the Verizon facility in West Ocean City, MD in September of 2011.  The Rasevic Companies were represented by Rodney Bliss of Champion LLD Commercial.
