Tonney Insley of SVN recently listed and sold three properties as a package on E. Main Street not far from the heart of Downtown Salisbury. 800, 804, and 812 E. Main Street were all part of the sale that included tenants like First Home Mortgage, a regional law firm, a local church, and a barbershop.
The properties of George White and his sister Debbie Poole were previously owned by their parents Bob and Evelyn White. Tonney has worked with the White family on other transactions including the sale of their property at 1118 E Main Street in February of this year and 132 E Main Street in Downtown back in 2018.
