Tilghman & Gilkerson Lease Building to Salisbury’s Only Medical Cannabis Dispensary

MAY 2017, SALISBURY, MD – SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate Advisors Rick Tilghman, CCIM and Joey Gilkerson have collaborated to lease 400 Snow Hill Road in Salisbury, MD. The 2,400 SF building is the future home of Peninsula Alternative Health, which will be Salisbury’s only medical cannabis dispensary. Rick Tilghman and Tonney Insley represented the landlord and Joey Gilkerson represented the tenant in this deal.
