BBSI of Salisbury presented the award to our maintenance staff. This marks the 3rd consecutive year SVN | Miller was awarded this incentive.
“Safety and care of our staff and our customers is our top priority and is always top of mind when our team is on a job site. We ensure our team is properly trained and following OSHA guidelines at all times. We also hold quarterly events to refresh training, said Maintenance Manager, Justin Hart. 2020 brought on new training as we navigated the COVID work environment. We couldn’t put our jobs on hold, so we implemented new safety measures including wearing masks, social distancing, working during hours where interaction was limited, etc. to adapt.
The incentive money is used to fund education and training for our staff. Osha10 Certification, CPR and AED, Ladder Safety, and Safe Driving courses are examples of education and training SVN | Miller employees have participated in.
