Brent serves as Executive Managing Director for SVN – Miller Commercial Real Estate. He has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience.
Amy Miller, CPM, Executive Managing Director
Amy serves as Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of SVN – Miller Commercial Real Estate. She has over 20 years of commercial real estate management experience.
Rick Tilghman, CCIM, CPM, Managing Director
Rick serves as Managing Director for SVN – Miller Commercial Real Estate specializing in the asset management of commercial properties including Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family and Condo Associations.
Andy Ball, Senior Advisor
Andy serves as a Property Manager and Leasing Advisor for our management portfolio. He joined SVN – Miller Commercial Real Estate in 2017.
Ryan Finnegan, Associate Advisor
Ryan Finnegan currently serves as an Associate Advisor and Property Manager at SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate. Ryan joined the company in 2020 while studying at Salisbury Universities’ Perdue School of Business and has continued his education in real estate upon graduation. Ryan focuses on investment properties and sale/lease opportunities for businesses on the eastern shore.
Lindsay Harrington, CPM, Lease Administrator
Lindsay serves as an in-house property manager focused on lease administration at SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, MD. Her duties include tenant relations, lease renewals and the input of new leases.
Michele Messick, Accountant
Michele serves as the Accountant for SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury. She handles the accounts payable for our office, property owners and tenants. She also assists Amy Miller in the property management field.
Amber Bostwick, Operations Manager
Amber handles accounts receivable and collections for our tenants and property owners. She has been with SVN | Miller since 2014.
Justin Hart, Maintenance Manager
Justin serves as the Maintenance Manager for the SVN | Miller Maintenance Division. He provides timely, high quality maintenance to the over 2 million square feet under management.
Tina Bennett, Accounts Payable & Receivable
Tina handles the Accounts Payable for SVN Miller Property Management. She also assists with accounts receivable and collections. She began working at SVN in 2019.
Alyssa Shockley, Administrative Assistant
Alyssa serves as the Administrative Assistant for SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate. She began working at SVN in 2020.
