McClellan is Instrumental in Bringing New Business to Mill Pond Village Plaza

Miracle Ear, operating locally as Two Hearts Hearing Aid Centers has relocated from inside the Sears Store in the Centre at Salisbury to Suite 701E.  The 1,200 SF space was custom designed and built to meet their strict design requirements.  They are located next to Professional Beauty Supply.  Wesley Cox, CCIM, Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

Banker’s Life and Casualty Company will be moving into Suite 601A.  The Chicago based company is new to the Salisbury area but has a 130+ year history of helping individuals and families protect their financial security and prepare for retirement.  The 1,500 SF space is being renovated to meet their layout requirements. They are located next to First Mariner Mortgage. Rick Tilghman, CCIM, Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
